In most cases, we’ll be able to provide you with a simple quote almost immediately. For complex projects or specialized needs, we often conduct a more thorough assessment of your IT setup. To do this, we can arrange a time to visit your site, or we might carry out a detailed system review. This step helps identify challenges and fine-tune our approach to ensure a tailored solution.
Once we understand your requirements, we’ll get in touch with our trusted network of vendors and create a Bill of Materials (BOM). This outlines all hardware, software, and services needed to help you reach your IT goals. You’ll receive a detailed yet straightforward quote to take a look at in your own time, with absolutely zero hidden costs. Once approved, we proceed with the necessary purchases.
After you’ve given us the go-ahead, we’ll order the required hardware and software from our vendors, ensuring everything you need is sourced efficiently from the best possible suppliers. Our team will then install management agents on your systems for seamless remote monitoring, patch management, and more, ensuring everything is set up and ready to go.
When installation is complete, we’ll begin monitoring your systems through our Network Operations Center (NOC) and Security Operations Center (SOC). These tools allow us to keep your IT infrastructure running smoothly, with proactive updates and troubleshooting. We’ll continually review all systems and make sure your users are confident engaging with their new technologies.
We believe in maintaining regular communication, connecting with clients frequently to ensure we’re resolving any issues that may pop up. In addition to weekly touchpoints, we offer quarterly reviews to assess performance and plan future projects like system upgrades. By keeping in regular contact, we can be sure your needs are always being addressed so your business stays ahead of the curve.
